So as to best ensure receipt of any e-mail correspondence regarding your order, please configure your e-mail client to recognize those with either Hound Dog Tours or HoundDogTours@Comcast.net in the From/Sender field as being trusted.
So as to comply with new Payment Card Industry requirements, we will no longer be capturing the 3 or 4 digit Card Code on our Order Form, but via e-mail.
Following your completing your order on-line, you will automatically receive an Order Confirmation e-mail. If you do not promptly receive such e-mail, you must contact us.
At the very bottom of such will be instructions on how to send the Card Code to us. It is important that you carefully follow those instructions, and respond immediately, as we will otherwise be unable to process your card payment.
Orders for which the Card Code is not received within 36 hours of its having been placed may be voided by us.
